A LOT More Snow

It must be the Winter for snow as this week we got more than our fair share!

The snow we had, coupled with the high winds, meant huge snow drifts in the usual fields that we walk through and Milly didn’t seem put off even though it was up my knees!!

We all went out as a family to see how far we could venture through the fields and I have to say that nearly instantly I was carry my little son Jack who just struggled to even stand up in the amount of snow we had. This meant I was a little limited to the shots I could get so only had a quick 10 minutes with the camera but I still think that was long enough to capture Milly’s excitement for the snow!

Milly was wearing her Equafleece to limit the amount of snowballs we had to de-ice when we got back and it kept her nice and warm throughout the adventure.

“I managed to take some footage with my mobile phone that actually got shared on the local BBC News Facebook page. It shows how extreme the weather was and also how determined Milly is!”

I ended up laying down in the snow and sinking a few feet which meant I was perfectly level with the ground that Milly was attempting to run across, which gave a great perspective to the shots.

The family didn’t last very long in the weather as it was just so cold and windy, plus the amount of snow on the top of the hill meant only I was tall enough to actually get up it! So we ventured off on our own and along the way I managed to take some footage with my mobile phone that actually got shared on the local BBC News Facebook page. It shows how extreme the weather was and also how determined Milly is!

After a short couple of miles walk we were back home and time for us to get warm and dry! Milly was completely knackered because the effort it took for her to even walk a few feet (I was too) but she loved every second of it a!

Relaxed Pet Portrait Sessions

People say don't work with animals and children but I obviously don't agree! I'm an animal lover and pet owner myself, so understand how to work with the them to get the best images from the session.

I aim to provide a friendly and relaxed experience for both owner and pet, which allows everyone to enjoy the photoshoot.

I have travelled to many different locations around the North East for photoshoots and just love working with new customers in different locations. All my packages include a shoot tailored to you, so if there is that one special location you have fond memories of then why not capture those memories.
